Officially kicking off the holiday weekend, The Moinian Group hosted a Fast Track to FiDi Cocktail party at the W New York- Downtown Hotel and Residences. Guests and brokers enjoyed a tour of the beautiful model apartments followed by a reception in the residents lounge on the 31st floor. Throughout the evening guests marveled at the views and enjoyed a guest speaker from the Downtown Alliance, who discussed all of the exciting changes taking place in the FiDi and Downtown New York.
Guests were then escorted to The Living Room Bar and Terrace to continue the evening. “Life in New York is so fast paced, it’s incredible to be able to live in a building where you have everything at your fingertips.” Notables included Jared Seligman of Douglas Elliman and his team and Haley Rutherford from The Rana Williams Team at Keller Williams.
