Members of Herrick’s commercial real estate department gathered to celebrate the firm’s 85th anniversary and a resurgent market last week. They were joined by hundreds of developers, owners and financiers from Extell, L&L Holding Company, Muss Development, Stellar Management, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, Doral Bank, Rose Associates, DDG Partners, Walter & Samuels, TF Cornerstone, Community Preservation Corporation, Kushner Companies and many others.
