Lieber, now an executive managing director at Island Capital Group in New York City, told guests gathered in a 70,000 s/f built-out office space being shown off by Monday Properties that he was looking forward to his three years as the volunteer chairman.
He said he hoped to use his position to advance a forum for the meeting of minds working towards the development of New York. “This network is a highly effective information exchange through which members in vastly different markets can share ideas and best practices. It is one of ULI’s great offerings,” said Lieber.
Guests also paid tribute to the leadership of Richard Kessler, whose term as chair concluded at the event. Executive director Felix Ciampa was also introduced to members.
