Cantor Pecorella, Enrique Olvera and The Cheng Family celebrated the opening of new luxury residential tower Celeste Gramercy at upscale Mexican restaurant, Cosme. Guests enjoyed appetizers, hand-crafted cocktails and a Casa Noble tequila tasting while learning more about the building, located at 150 East 23rd Street between Lexington and Third Avenues.
