TOWN Residential, in conjunction with Dignity U Wear and Brooks Brothers, hosted a cocktail hour benefiting Suits for Soldiers, a charity organization that provides suits and professional garments for soldiers transitioning from the Armed Forces to the public sector. The event was hosted at a Neo-Georgian townhouse at 163 East 64th Street — TOWN representatives Michelle Bourgeois’ and Judi Lederer’s current listing. The $27.5 million, 8,000 s/f home has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, with current zoning allowing for possible expansion. Wine was donated by Voga Wine and hors d’oeuvres were catered by Fig And Olive.
